Levitt & Robbins Custom Homes is a small, family corporation that specializes in quality residential construction in the Houston, Texas area.  Mr. Levitt, the corporation's president has been building Custom Homes in the Houston area for thirty years and Mr. Robbins the corporation's vice president has for twenty years.  We have built approximately 190 Custom Homes in the West University, Bellaire, Royden Oaks, Tanglewood and Memorial areas.

The Levitt & Robbins team limits its Custom Building to approximately (10-12) homes per year so that each project can be personally supervised.  We treat each customer as our only client during construction, and have modeled our service program in "Luxury Style."

In 1988, after a successful eighteen years, Hersh Levitt Investments Inc. was incorporated when Philip A. Robbins helped expand the business with funds from an overseas investor.  This influx of funds and property allowed the corporation to escalate from building three homes per year, to approximately twelve homes per year.  In 1994 and 1995, Hersh Levitt Investments Inc. was ranked in the top 25, Largest Area Home Builders in the Houston Business Journal.  In mid-2000, Levitt & Robbins Custom Homes, Inc. was formed to show our mutual involvement.  By this time, the corporation's financial strength had eliminated the need for an investor.  But, the proof of our success can be found in repeat business from previous customers and the fact that the majority of our new business comes from referrals by satisfied customers.
